If you are a service user, we do not request you create an account but we will retain the details from any ‘Contact Care Worker’ ‘message forms you may send via the site.
We will not share your information with any third party, but as the website is an open website details of care workers can be viewed by members of the general public.
Care worker data we hold will be used to process memberships, deal with any enquiries and provide member news and information.
The legal basis for us processing your data is the consent you have given when you joined the Alliance or searched the website for Care Workers
As long as you are a member we will securely store your data, but you have the option of making your profile unavailable to the public if you are not looking for work during a specific time period.
If you do not renew your membership and corresponding online profile, the account will be deleted within 3 months from the last day of your membership.
All data should be accurate and up to date and is provided to the Alliance by care worker members on joining. You can check the information you have given us anytime by accessing your online membership account. If you find any inaccuracies you can correct them online.
